Cary Grant can never make a misstep, as far as I'm concerned. In Bringing up Baby with Katherine Hepburn or Monkey Business with Ginger Rogers and Marilyn Monroe or The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer with Shirley Temple and Mirna Loy or Arsenic and Old Lace with Raymond Massey and Peter Lorre, Cary Grant pulls off being serious while at the same time making me laugh hysterically when catastophe and chaos reign supreme. He is so charming and debonaire, the epitome of a gentlman, at all times.
Sean Connery will always be my James Bond, which is where I saw him for the first time. I loved in Darby O'Gill and the LIttle People, The Hunt for Red October, and The Rock to name just a few of his movies. He never gets old for me, even though he is almost 89 years old and old enough to be my father. He is sooooo handsome and don't get ,me stared on his voice! He sends shivers down my spine as soon as he opens his mouth to say something.
Bringing Up Baby is such a fun movie.
