Early Halloween fun at Alien

CFFA had a wonderful time getting scared at Alien on Sunday.

Most of the group hadn't seen it, so it was great getting to experience all the jump frights and crowd reactions together. We enjoyed talking about how impressive the sets were, and how it predicts space travel will operate in the far, far future. We also noticed all the smoking and computer graphics that definitely reflected the late-1970s production.

We also hit our favorite post-movie hangout: Pure Taqueria. We talked about some of our plans for later this year, both personal and with CFFA! As always, we shared some of our classic movie memories and had plenty of laughs. Here's something we stumbled upon that only Deb knew: Julie Andrews did a musical with Rock Hudson! It's called Darling Lili.
