As we enjoy the traditional good times associated with Memorial Day weekend - barbecues, picnics, seaside trips, etc. - we must also pause to remember what this holiday commemorates: the brave men & women of our armed forces who have not only served but paid the ultimate price in military service for the United States. It's due in no small part to these fallen heroes that we are free & able to do exactly whatever it is we choose to do this weekend. We are forever grateful.
